We take customer service seriously and will do all at our means to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency..

If you wish to send an order by post, please include a cheque (in GB Pounds sterling) or an international money order (in GB pounds sterling), made payable to World Souvenirs Ltd.

Postage is charged separately, based on weight and destination. Prices include any taxes.

CANCELLATIONS. You have the right to cancel 7 days from when you receive the goods, without giving any reason. You must return the goods at your expense. We will return your money within 30 days.














Shipping And Handling A separate charge is made for shiping based on weight and destination. This will be calculated and shown during the order process.
Delivery Schedule All orders are dealt with as soon as possible.
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours.
Our delivery aims:
to UK is about 7 days.Europe 10 days. Delivery to USA about 10 -14 days. Australia and Far East allow 15-20 days but please allow up to 28 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

RETURNS
If the goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please contact us by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk within 30 days and we will replace them free of charge. We may ask you to return them to us, in which case we will refund your postage costs.
Goods that are unacceptable for any reason may be returned for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation by email at info@worldsouvenirs.co.uk
